One of the best of the week for sure. John Byrne's colorful art just leaps off the page, as do the larger than life characters penned by Gail Simone.

Dr. Psycho comes to Metropolis for a little fun at Superman's expense (much to Lex Luthor's chagrin) and pretty soon Psycho has brain-washed Superman "fans" ready to leap from tall buildings in a single bound (which leads to the best splash page of the week). Superman, as usual, saves the day and confronts Dr. Psycho, but Black Adam comes to the rescue, setting up a battle royale next issue.

Simone certainly knows how to write female characters (her Lois Lane is really good) and she also knows how to make this an Infinite Crisis tie in that also stands on its own. For those of us who are IC nuts, this enhances the overall story. But for the disgruntled few, the story also stands alone apart from the larger events of the DC Universe. And that makes this one of the best of the week.
