BATMAN #645
8/10

For some reason, this issue is polarizing Bat-fans. Outside of the final page that reveals Jason Todd was never buried in the coffin that has been in the ground all these years, this is not a ground breaking read. But it does tell a brief, but fairly complete overview of the Jason Todd era. It's an issue that provides the reader with a very necessary backstory in the context of current Crisis issues.
Art was nice and crisp, and showed something on Batman we haven't seen in a while... a smile.

I'd give it 8.5. I thought it was really, really good.
