Most the art deduction is for the lettering, which is really obnoxious. The penciling and coloring are nice, though.
The story...meh. It's not original, but of course Busiek tells it with great flair. I'm hoping Busiek can come up with some good, post-IC stories. This is more a "day in the life" story rather than the start of a cool, new arc.
